Job Description: What You’ll Do
Our client is a fast-growing and well backed consumer business, seeking a Director of Sales & Operations to join their team of successful and driven professionals, to operate remotely across the United States. This position will work incredibly closely with the CFO and CEO of the business and will have excellent exposure to the broader company and senior leadership.
The business has had an incredibly strong growth trajectory to date and is looking to continue this into the future. This position will be highly collaborative across the board and so should have a sophisticated Operations and Sales background. Somebody who can drive sales growth and exceed revenue targets within the consumer space will be essential for the role. They are seeking somebody with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Along with an analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and develop the overall strategy of the business.
This position is responsible for performance management for direct reports and subordinates and for continuous process improvement initiatives within Sales & Business Operations. The position is paying a highly competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
