Job Description: What You’ll Do
This is a remote position.
We’re hiring professional Chat Support Agents to join our U.S.-based remote team. In this role, you’ll assist customers via live chat — no phone calls required — while maintaining accuracy, empathy, and speed in communication.
This is a fully remote role open to U.S. candidates, offering $25 to $30 per hour, depending on skill level and performance.
Requirements
Based in the United States with eligibility to work
Fast, reliable internet and a quiet work environment
Able to commit to at least 30 hours per week
Comfortable handling multiple chats simultaneously
Qualifications
1+ year experience in chat or customer service support
Typing speed of 45 WPM or higher
Strong written English and grammar skills
Familiarity with live chat platforms and helpdesk software
