Job Description: What You’ll Do
Lincoln Healthcare has partnered with a client in the behavioral health sector to find a new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join their rapidly growing, patient-centric organization and mobilize their national efforts.
Are you a visionary marketing leader with a passion for purpose-driven growth? We’re looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead national branding, strategic growth, and business development initiatives across multiple healthcare sites, with a focus on behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment. The CMO must be able to understand and communicate the clinical and business operations of a healthcare treatment environment.
What You’ll Do:
* Develop, implement, and lead integrated marketing and growth strategies
* Collaborate with key stakeholders, including admissions, clinical, finance, and operations, to ensure a seamless alignment and the execution of marketing initiatives.
* Oversee multi-channel campaigns (web, social, TV, print, radio) to drive leads and brand visibility
* Manage marketing and BD budgets, ensuring high-impact ROI
* Lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing and business development team
* Recruit, lead, mentor, and retain a strong team of business development professionals and leaders
* Partner with clinical, admissions, finance, and operations teams to align marketing with business goals
* Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge
* Serve as the brand ambassador and public-facing leader for outreach and media efforts
* Present growth plans and performance metrics to the executive team and the CEO
What We’re Looking For:
* 10+ years in senior marketing or business development leadership roles
* 5+ years in addiction treatment or healthcare marketing
* Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Business or Behavioral Sciences preferred
* Strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills
* Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft, SEO, digital media, and brand development
Compensation Package:
Salary Range: $250,000 – $300,000, Bonus Range: 50% target / 100% stretch, and Equity
Location: Remote with travel required
