Job Description: What You’ll Do

Chief Operations Officer – STATARA

We are seeking a dynamic Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead and enhance our operational strategies and workforce management, with a focus on maximizing productivity and driving the company’s profitability. This role manages the day-to-day operations of the organization through continuous contact between stakeholders, managers, and employees. The Chief Operations Officer assists the CEO in managing the overall operating budget for the organization to account for compensation, bonuses, raises, and other associated employee costs with an eye toward profitability. The COO oversees the work of all employees within the organization and works to cultivate a work environment in which each team member feels valued and understands their role in contributing to the company’s success. This role reports to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

* Partner with the CEO to oversee all departments and daily operations, aligning team functions with strategic objectives and ensuring cohesive execution.
* Design and implement business operations, including strategies, plans, and procedures that promote and foster communication and collaboration.
* Execute strategic initiatives developed by top management team, including leadership across the TARA Group and other CEOs.
* Lead the development of all internal senior management and team communications in partnership with the CEO and other executive leadership to ensure relevant information is conveyed in an appropriate, timely manner.
* Lead change management that promotes company culture, values, and authenticity.
* Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth with teams and managers and create systems of accountability to meet or measure progress.
* Evaluate organization performance and efficiency by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
* Make recommendations for improvements where appropriate to maximize the organization’s effectiveness and growth.
* Assist the CEO with annual budgeting and monitor profitability, revenue, and expenses.
* Manage relationships with partners/vendors.
* Maintain a deep knowledge of STATARA’s markets and industry—guide company growth to align with changing trends.
