Our client is a big player in the Advertising space and they are seeking a contract Recruitment Coordinator to join their team in Chicago!
Position Overview:
The Recruiting Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the growth of teams nationwide by providing critical administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team. This position is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the interview process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both candidates and hiring teams. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of activity. A strong process mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without compromising accuracy or quality are essential for success in this role.
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
* Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute proactively
* Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-changing environments
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and related tools
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Primary Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple office locations, managing communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
* Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
* Support consistent execution of company recruiting processes and standards
* Maintain and improve tracking systems, reports, and data accuracy
* Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools effectively and consistently
* Assist in the planning and execution of recruitment events and campaigns
* Provide support on various projects and initiatives as needed
* Serve as a professional ambassador of the company brand in all candidate interactions
