About The Role
We’re hiring a Data Entry Analyst to join our growing team. This dual-role position combines precise data entry with basic data analysis. You will ensure the accuracy of key data sets while also uncovering patterns and anomalies that drive smarter decisions. This position is ideal for professionals with strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a passion for working with data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reporting, data quality, and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
* Enter and update data accurately in databases and internal systems
* Review large datasets to identify and correct inconsistencies, duplications, or errors
* Perform basic data analysis to uncover trends, outliers, and areas for optimization
* Prepare internal reports and support dashboard creation
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve data quality and reporting methods
* Ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance with company policies
* Maintain accurate documentation and support audit readiness when required
Qualifications
* Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* Previous experience in data entry or a data-focused role
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
* Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is a plus
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent organizational and communication abilities
