Job Description

We are seeking a highly proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and broader creative marketing leadership. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage high-priority, fast-moving requests from the C-suite, particularly from the CEO. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, anticipates needs, and operates with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage complex calendars and scheduling for the CMO and executive team, including client meetings and cross-functional alignment.
* Respond to meeting requests and inbox communications within a timely manner.
* Coordinate and confirm meetings with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely follow-ups.
* Book and manage domestic and international travel, creating comprehensive itineraries tailored to meeting schedules and executive preferences.
* Drive the creation and formatting of decks and presentations, collecting input from team members and ensuring timely submission.
* Monitor team sentiment and flag issues or delays proactively.
* Act as a liaison across departments to ensure the company is represented effectively in all engagements.
* Follow up on deliverables and deadlines, maintaining accountability across teams.

Pay Rate: $70/h r- $85/hr

Skills And Requirements

* 8+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives in fast-paced environments.
* Highly confident, resourceful, and anticipatory—able to ask the right questions and pivot priorities daily.
* Strong time management and organizational skills with a high sense of urgency.
* Comfortable working independently with minimal guidance.
* Proficient in G Suite, Slack, and presentation tools; able to manage the technical aspects of live presentations.
