Role Overview
We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to be an early pillar in our finance team. You’ll help with financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and analysis to support iRocket’s growth trajectory.
The Role
* Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
* Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, forecasts, and budgets
* Support cash flow management and capital planning
* Conduct cost analysis, margin analysis, and performance metrics
* Liaise with other departments to gather input and validate assumptions
* Maintain financial models and sensitivity analyses
* Assist with audits, accounting policies, and compliance tasks
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
* 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or financial analysis
* Strong Excel skills; experience with financial modeling
* Familiarity with accounting principles (GAAP or relevant)
* Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills
* Good verbal and written communication
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
