Job Description: What You’ll Do
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Specialist to support core HR functions in a fast-paced, highly regulated nuclear energy environment. This remote role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with federal regulations, supporting talent acquisition, and enhancing employee engagement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
* Administer HR systems and maintain accurate employee records
* Ensure compliance with NRC, DOE, and federal labor regulations
* Assist with benefits administration and employee relations issues
* Support performance management and training initiatives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance company culture
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in energy, engineering, or government-regulated industries
* Working knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices
* Experience with HRIS platforms and remote communication tools
* Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
