Introduction

In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of market analytics solutions that drive business growth. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and bottling partners to ensure that strategic initiatives align with business objectives, using data-driven insights to identify opportunities for expansion and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
As the Analyst, Franchise Operations, you will be responsible for:
1. Strategic Leadership and Insight Generation
- Providing thought leadership and developing fact-based insights to guide business strategies. You will identify and execute optimal growth paths by analyzing business drivers, current realities, and future trends.
- Assessing the competitive landscape, internal capabilities, and external market factors that impact Coca-Cola’s business.
- Leading the strategy definition for super and hyper channel development, ensuring the balance between Coca-Cola’s served channels and emerging market opportunities.
2. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Integration
- Working closely with bottling partners to drive the execution of market segmentation strategies. Your role will be critical in ensuring in-market initiatives are properly activated and provide measurable business growth.
- Collaborating with the strategy and insights team to link consumer insights with market segmentation, ensuring efforts are optimized for maximum impact.
- Developing an understanding of customer business models, identifying new ways to deliver unparalleled value creation.
3. Channel and Customer Strategy Development
- Building and implementing a long-term super and hyper channel strategy that is aligned with Coca-Cola’s long-term growth objectives.
- Developing and refining an investment plan for these channels, incorporating financial analysis, break-even points, and ROI estimations.
- Working with cross-functional teams to develop revenue mapping strategies and to identify and target key profit pools in the market.
4. Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Execution
- Leading the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) process in collaboration with key stakeholders. This includes optimizing Coca-Cola’s volume/revenue mix by brand and pack, identifying new opportunities for revenue growth, and ensuring that sales initiatives are fully aligned with market realities.
- Leading the execution of specific incidence and frequency driving programs to increase market penetration and customer engagement in key channels.
5. Product Launches and Business Expansion
- Leading the launch of region-specific products and new packages in response to market needs and business objectives. This includes developing business cases, collaborating with marketing teams, and ensuring the successful execution of innovation projects at the national level.
- Ensuring all programs are designed to maximize customer satisfaction and business efficiency, using a data-driven approach to measure success.
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed as an Analyst, Franchise Operations at Coca-Cola, you will need to meet the following qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience in working within cross-functional teams or highly matrixed organizations.
- Experience in shaping and leading growth and marketing strategies for global product lines.
Preferred Skills:
- Deep marketing expertise, including market and customer insights, segmentation, product commercialization, and branding.
- Proven ability to deliver results through leadership and strategic growth behaviors.
- Strong proficiency in business analysis tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel.
- High proficiency in developing KPI frameworks and translating data into actionable insights.
