Key Responsibilities
As a Computer Sales Intern, you will be entrusted with a variety of tasks to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the team’s success. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in selecting the right computers and accessories based on their specific needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
- Demonstrating product features and benefits to potential customers, providing insights that enhance their understanding and encourage informed purchases.
- Offering basic troubleshooting and repair services for computers and laptops, supporting customer satisfaction with prompt, hands-on solutions.
- Maintaining and updating inventory records, ensuring the showroom remains well-stocked, organized, and appealing for customers.
- Processing sales transactions accurately while addressing any customer queries or concerns efficiently.
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall success.
- Setting up and configuring new systems and software for customers, ensuring they receive fully operational and personalized devices.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest computer products and market trends to provide customers with knowledgeable recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel as a Computer Sales Intern with Close The Gap Kenya, you should meet the following qualifications:
- A Degree/Diploma or Certification in Information Technology or a closely related field.
- Basic knowledge in computer repairs and familiarity with hardware and software troubleshooting.
