Your Role: Grooming Salon Manager (Experienced Pet Stylist)
As the Grooming Salon Manager, your role involves leading a passionate grooming team, providing premium grooming services, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform professional grooming, clipping, and scissoring across all dog breeds unassisted.

Train, mentor, and develop junior grooming team members.

Maintain a safe, hygienic, and efficient salon environment.

Collaborate with management to meet business growth targets and customer satisfaction benchmarks.

Participate in ongoing professional development and formal qualification programs.

Contribute to maintaining the salon’s high reputation in pet care services.
Required Qualifications & Skills
To be considered for this role, applicants must demonstrate:

Minimum 1 year of professional dog grooming experience in a salon environment.

Ability to clip, scissor, and groom various dog breeds independently.

Proven skills in customer service and dog handling.

Strong leadership and team development capabilities.

Formal grooming qualifications (Certificate III in Pet Grooming) preferred but not essential.

Current eligibility to work in Australia OR ability to meet 482 Visa sponsorship requirements.

Willingness to undergo police checks and grooming trials as part of the recruitment process.
