This position is based onsite at our luxurious premises in Nairobi.

Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Hairdresser & Barber, you will be responsible for a variety of duties, including:

• Performing hair cutting, coloring, and styling services to meet clients’ needs and preferences.
• Consulting with clients to understand their desired styles and make recommendations based on their hair types and facial structures.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the salon to provide a welcoming environment for clients.
• Staying updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to offer clients modern and stylish options.
• Building strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a loyal clientele.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a hairdresser in a professional setting.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in hair cutting, coloring, styling, and braiding techniques.
• Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing outstanding service to clients.
• Personality Traits: A self-driven, enthusiastic individual who thrives in a collaborative team environment and is eager to contribute positively.
• Certifications: Relevant beauty and cosmetology licenses or certifications will be an advantage.
