Key Responsibilities

As a Motorbike Rider for Kilimall, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Deliver goods promptly and safely to designated locations.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company delivery protocols to ensure a smooth and safe delivery process.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the assigned motorcycle at all times.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team for accurate delivery instructions and updates.
• Respond effectively to customer inquiries, providing courteous and helpful service.
• Resolve issues encountered during delivery efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Record and document delivery logs and any incidents accurately.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful as a Motorbike Rider at Kilimall, the following qualifications and skills are essential:

• Educational Background: Completion of Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE).
• License: Possession of a valid motorcycle riding license.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a delivery rider or in a similar role.
