Key Responsibilities
As a participant in the Pupillage Program 2025, you will be exposed to various duties and responsibilities. Your primary tasks will include:
- Assisting in legal research and the preparation of legal opinions.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Attending court sessions and taking minutes of court proceedings.
- Collaborating with experienced legal teams to handle challenging legal assignments.
- Participating in consultations, briefings, and negotiations related to ongoing legal matters.

Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for the OAG Pupillage Program 2025, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree from a recognized university.
- Must be a student of the Kenya School of Law who has received a letter recommending progression to pupillage.
Required Documents:
- A copy of your National Identity Card.
- Letter from the Kenya School of Law recommending you to proceed with pupillage.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Kiswahili.
- High levels of motivation and the ability to work under pressure.
- A proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and contribute to team efforts.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage challenging assignments within set timelines and under supervision.
