Position: Counsel Research
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Job Type: Full-Time
Reporting to: Director of Legal Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret the Constitution, statutes, and subsidiary legislation for various County Government entities.
- Conduct research on legal matters and challenges faced by the County Government.
- Provide legal advice on issues affecting the County and its entities.
- Prepare legal opinions and briefs.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with at least three years of experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
2. Director – Legal Services (Internal/External)
Position: Director of Legal Services
Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Reporting to: County Attorney
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee legal support across ten sectors within the Nairobi County Executive.
- Represent the County Attorney in various County Sectors.
- Offer legal advice and facilitate timely legal assistance to County sectors and departments.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor of Laws degree from a recognized university.
- Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with five years of continuous practice.
- At least three years of supervisory experience.
3. Counsel Legislative Affairs (Internal/External)
