Location: Coast Region, Kenya

Reporting to: Head of Network Planning
Safaricom is seeking a RAN Optimization Engineer to join the Network Planning & Design Department in the Coast Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing radio access networks (RAN) to ensure top-notch network performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct performance analysis and troubleshooting to enhance RAN quality.
- Implement optimization techniques for LTE, 3G, and 2G networks.
