Please note: This is an onsite position, and applicants must be based in Maua, Meru County.
Key Responsibilities
As our Sales and Marketing Executive, you’ll be expected to lead and execute various sales and marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase the college’s visibility and student enrollment.
- Conducting market research to identify potential student demographics and trends.
- Creating and executing promotional campaigns to raise awareness about college programs.
- Building and nurturing relationships with educational institutions, local businesses, and potential students.
- Organizing and participating in events and exhibitions to promote James Flavian College.
- Maintaining a database of leads and prospects and effectively following up to secure enrollments.
- Analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to adjust strategies and improve outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of educational credentials and practical experience. We are looking for someone who possesses:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing (at least 2-3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and tools relevant to the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with digital marketing techniques including SEO, social media, and content marketing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
