Key Responsibilities

The Tyre Mechanic will be responsible for providing high-quality service and support in the following areas:

Tyre Fitting: Install and replace tyres using appropriate hand tools and machinery.
Wheel Alignment: Conduct accurate wheel alignment to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
Inspection & Advice: Inspect tyres and related vehicle components for wear, defects, or safety issues, and provide customers with professional advice.
Basic Vehicle Maintenance: Carry out basic maintenance tasks, such as lubricating parts, changing filters, and ensuring all vehicle systems are functioning properly.
Tyre Repairs: Repair punctures and rectify other tyre defects efficiently.
Record Keeping: Complete all necessary records, documentation, and service logs accurately.
Safety Compliance: Always adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Independent Work: Perform tasks independently while ensuring high standards of accuracy.
Additional Duties: Undertake any additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Candidate Requirements

Qualified candidates must meet the following criteria:

Essential Experience and Skills:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of recent experience as a certified tyre technician or mechanic.
Safety Compliance: Must possess appropriate safety equipment and clothing.
Driver’s License: Valid Category B driver’s license required (for cars).
Language Proficiency: Intermediate-level fluency in English, German, or Dutch.
Work Ethic: Demonstrated strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to excellence.
