We’re Hiring: Instructional Designer / Learning Content Developer (Remote | SaaS | School Safety)

CrisisGo is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer / Learning Content Developer to join our team!

Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging learning content and materials (videos, infographics, simulations, eLearning modules, job aids) for both internal teams and external customers.

Conduct virtual trainings up to 20% of the time, tailoring delivery to different audiences.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, Sales, and Engineering to ensure materials align with product releases, process changes, and customer needs.

Apply graphic design principles to elevate the visual effectiveness of learning materials.

Support the rollout of new features by crafting just-in-time learning tools and change management assets.

Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training using feedback, data, and performance insights.

Contribute to the improvement of documentation and the knowledge base.

Manage multiple projects using tools like Canva, Articulate, Camtasia, and/or Adobe Creative Suite.

Perform other duties as assigned in support of CrisisGo’s growth and mission.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in instructional design or learning content development.

Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio of clean, modern visuals.

Experience in a SaaS or tech-forward environment.

Familiarity with adult learning theory and accessible content standards (WCAG/508).

Confidence leading training sessions, customer webinars, or internal enablement events.

Proficiency with LMS platforms and content tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva, Captivate, Adobe XD).

Passion for school safety, communication, and supporting communities through education.

Preferred Qualifications

* K-12 education or EdTech experience.
* Familiarity with emergency communication platforms.
* Experience with AI-powered content tools.
