What You’ll Be Doing:
* Source top-tier candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and creative search strategies
* Craft thoughtful outreach messages to attract and engage talent
* Conduct candidate interviews and assess alignment with client needs
* Coordinate interviews and meetings between clients and candidates
* Manage applicant flow via various ATS and CRM platforms
* Deliver exceptional candidate experience at every step
* Build and manage your own book of business – both candidates and clients
* Offer strategic hiring insight to clients based on market trends
* Track your activities and progress through internal systems
What You’ll Need:
* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
* 1+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, or business development
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* Self-starter mentality, high energy, and a strong desire to win
