Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) and Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. We’re looking for a motivated Recruiting Specialist to join our Corporate Recruiting team and help attract top talent across multiple disciplines.

What You’ll Do

* Source and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and other platforms
* Coordinate and schedule virtual and in-person interviews
* Prepare and send offer letters; follow up with hiring managers and candidates
* Pre-screen candidates and conduct reference checks
* Post and manage job ads through the ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sites
* Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies
* Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS
* Support onboarding by coordinating new hire paperwork and pre-employment requirements
* Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices

What We’re Looking For

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, HR, or related field (preferred, not required)
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
* Self-motivated, proactive, and personable with a results-driven mindset
