What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities
Your job as an Overnight CSR at Circle K combines customer interaction, store operations, and teamwork. You will support store management in creating a welcoming and productive shopping environment during night shifts, while handling daily tasks that keep the business running smoothly.
Customer Service Excellence
- Greet customers warmly and promptly
- Offer assistance and answer product-related questions
- Operate the cash register, handle payments, and provide receipts
- Make product suggestions and upsell when appropriate
Store Operations
- Ensure merchandise is properly stocked and faced
- Check coolers, freezers, and shelves to ensure availability of popular items
- Receive and verify inventory shipments during off-peak hours
- Maintain store cleanliness (floors, windows, counters, bathrooms)
Night Shift Responsibilities
- Operate the store independently during quiet hours with minimal supervision
- Complete nightly checklists, safety routines, and reporting procedures
- Handle overnight deliveries, shelf replenishment, and restocking
- Follow opening and closing procedures as directed by management
Food and Beverage Services
- Prepare and serve fresh coffee, snacks, and quick meals
- Ensure food areas meet Circle K’s hygiene and safety standards
- Monitor expiration dates and follow safe disposal procedures

Qualifications

Shift Details & Work Schedule
The position is full-time and overnight. Typical shift times are 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM, though these may vary slightly by store or region.
Flexible Rotations
- Weekday & weekend availability required
- Additional shifts may be available based on performance
- Rotation through statutory holidays required
