About the Role: Product Manager – Platform and Operations Roadmap Owner
We’re searching for a Product Manager with strong technical intuition and business insight to lead the development of our Operations Technology and Bridgify Platform. You will take complete ownership of platform improvements, collaborate with global teams, drive cross-functional projects, and deliver product features that directly affect the company’s revenue, client experience, and operational stability.

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
As a Product Manager at Bridge Legal, your impact will be both strategic and executional. Here’s what success in this role looks like:
Strategic Roadmapping & Ownership
- Own and define the product roadmap for operations and platform (Bridgify).
- Prioritize features based on data-driven analysis, client feedback, and operational needs.
- Collaborate across teams to set timelines, measure success metrics, and evaluate outcomes.
User Experience Design & Enhancement
- Partner with UI/UX teams to create customer-centric interfaces.
- Ensure all product solutions are intuitive, scalable, and accessible.
- Conduct A/B testing and user interviews to validate features.
Agile Product Development
- Run daily stand-ups, sprints, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Break down high-level features into clear and actionable tickets.
- Drive velocity and accountability across development cycles.
Operational Optimization
- Work with operations, data, and intake teams to identify friction points.
- Implement solutions that automate, streamline, and optimize internal processes.
- Create dashboards and reporting tools to track performance.
Cross-Team Knowledge Transfer
- Translate complex requirements to the offshore (China-based) development team.
- Coordinate seamless collaboration between time zones and cultures.
End-to-End Project Management
- Lead projects from discovery to deployment.
- Monitor results, iterate quickly, and scale what works.
Domain Expertise & Research
- Become a LegalTech expert through competitive analysis, industry benchmarking, and market research.
- Present findings internally and educate cross-functional teams.
Who We’re Looking For: Ideal Candidate Traits
Bridge Legal is looking for a tech-savvy, user-focused, and execution-driven product manager who brings a strong sense of ownership and empathy for the end user.
Basic Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a B2B SaaS or LegalTech environment
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (Required)
- Experience working with cross-border or offshore teams
- Comfortable working with data sets, dashboards, and technical architecture
- Basic understanding of frontend and backend frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to lead with influence in hybrid environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in engineering, analytics, or software development
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Asana, Figma, Mixpanel, and Looker
- Experience with platform optimization, user journey mapping, and performance metrics tracking
