Location: Washington State/Utah and Long Island
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $120,000–$200,000 base salary, plus performance-based bonuses and incentives (total compensation potential $150,000–$300,000+ annually)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Chief Growth Officer to oversee operations, drive revenue growth, and implement strategic initiatives for Trailer Boss and Sunrise Toyota. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in automotive dealership management and the ability to adapt to the unique demands of the trailer business. The position will be responsible for aligning teams, optimizing operations, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction across both businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability for Trailer Boss and Sunrise Toyota.
• Oversee daily operations, including sales, service, finance, and inventory management for both businesses.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve sales targets, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and P&L to ensure financial success.
• Implement best-in-class customer service standards to enhance client retention and loyalty.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to position both businesses for long-term success.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective campaigns for both the trailer and automotive markets.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and brand standards (Toyota and industry-specific).
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy work environment across both operations.
Qualifications:
• 5–10+ years of experience in automotive dealership management, sales, or operations, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role (e.g., General Manager, Sales Manager, or Operations Manager).
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage complex operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, inventory management, and automotive sales processes.
• Experience in trailer sales, commercial vehicles, or related industries is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field (preferred).
• Certifications from NADA or similar programs are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations as needed.
