We’re Hiring an Executive Assistant at Boundless Giving

Now, we’re looking for our right hand — a high-taste, impact-obsessed Executive Assistant who wants more than a job — someone who’s ready to grow with us and help shape the future of retail and philanthropy.
Responsibilities:
* Deep understanding of social media and its cultural influence
* A strong aesthetic POV — you know what looks good and why it matters
* Resourceful in fast, fluid environments (think: organized chaos)
* A passion for data, analytics, and making decisions with both sides of your brain
* Ability to cold outreach and close — whether it’s a stylist, exec, or influencer
* Calendar management
* Aid in preparing for meetings
* Experience in pitch deck creation and fast-turn project delivery — you can take a vision and make it sing in slides under deadline
* Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
* You know how to track down the right contact at a brand and build relationships
* Bonus points if you’ve worked in or around a photo studio, e-comm styling, or content production

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
* Proficient in Google Slides, Powerpoint, Sheets, Asana
* Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
* Well-organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask with great follow-up skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Collaborate across local and international teams
- Maintain compliance and accurate reporting
