Job Description: What You’ll Do

Founded in 2015, Flowhub pioneered the first Metrc API integration to help dispensaries stay compliant. Today, over 1,000 dispensaries trust Flowhub’s point of sale, inventory management, business intelligence, and mobile solutions to process $3B+ cannabis sales annually. We exist to make safe cannabis products accessible to every adult on planet Earth.
Implementations are the most crucial stage of the customer journey. First impressions mean a lot, so the initial experience with our software is essential to a customer’s success and long-lasting relationship with Flowhub. We’re looking for an Implementation Project Manager who will ensure that success by assisting new clients with adopting and successfully implementing the Flowhub platform.

You are a self-starter who thrives under ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented startup environment. You are capable of scoping, managing, and completing projects in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
* Customer Engagement. Engage in day-to-day communications with customers to ensure we are maximizing their onboarding experience with the Flowhub platform.
* Product Education. Understand customer use cases, identify/document best practice workflows, and provide tailored training to end users.
* Manage Implementation Project. Coordination and implementation of all requirements and solution rollouts of the Flowhub platform.
* Manage Implementation Queue. Coordinate and drive customer progression through training stages.
* Continually Optimize the Implementation Process. Update the Implementation process as new versions of software are released or company initiatives change. Frequently review internal processes to optimize efficiency for both Flowhub and our customers.
* Data Standardization. Organize and upload data from customers’ previous point-of-sale software to fit Flowhub’s standard format.
* Account Auditing. Auditing accounts during the Implementation phases and proactively reaching out to dispensary partners with updates in their Implementation process.
* Provide Development Feedback. Relay information discovered by yourself or feedback submitted by customers about our software or associated workflows to the appropriate product teams.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of SaaS implementation experience
* CRM system experience
* Proficient in office software and email, and is easily adaptable to new technology
* Advanced Excel and Google Sheets experience
* Minimum three years in a customer-facing role – preferably in a support or training role
* Basic understanding of the cannabis industry dispensary workflows
* Demonstrated excellence in project management, organization, presenting, and good news/bad news communication
* Self-starter who embraces autonomy but thrives in a team
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A genuine interest and excitement for the cannabis and technology industries
Your First 90 Days
In 30 Days, You’ll:
* Complete onboarding and get familiar with our teams and products
* Set up your sandbox environment and lead implementation training sessions with your team
* Learn the responsibilities and tasks of your role
* Familiarize yourself with resources to help you become knowledgeable about the cannabis industry.
In 60 Days, You’ll:
* Manage implementation Projects with clients.
* Successfully get 2-4 dispensary locations live
In 90 Days, You’ll:
* Average 8-10 go-lives per month
* Contribute to internal and external knowledge base articles
* Offer meaningful contributions to team meetings and processes
This role is open to anyone within the United States, except for candidates in CA, NY, OR, and WA, with compensation that aligns with your location. Starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid holidays, unlimited paid time off, and other benefits.
Base Salary $60,000 – $75,000 + Equity
Compensation Range: $60K – $75K
