Job Description: What You’ll Do

We are now looking for an Order Management Specialist. Our employees are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. As a key member of the NVIDIA Business Operations team, the OM specialist will support order management from input to completion. Coordinate with sales team to provide timely support and address order-related issues.
What You Will Be Doing
* Sales order management from input to completion. Responsibilities include enter order in SAP, check accuracy, monitor order status to ensure process efficiency.
* Keep track of all received data and source documents. Focus on data accuracy and attention to details.
* Order fulfillment process management and order delinquency management.
* Coordinates with account team and sales administrator to address and resolve order related issues.
* Compile data from booked/shipped reports and build trackers to review order-on-hold status.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our process efficiency.
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and critical deadlines.
What We Need To See
* Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, economics, finance or comparable field or equivalent experience.
* 4+ years of experience.
* Solid understanding of ordering to fulfillment process.
* Demonstrate ability to use business knowledge and expertise to find opportunities for process improvement.
* Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills.

The base salary range is 72,000 USD – 143,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits . NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
