If you’re ready to be part of a team where your ideas are heard and your talent is nurtured, Dupont Creative is where you belong.Responsibilities: Create concepts, wireframes and designs based on client briefs and objectives Develop graphics for social media, email marketing, website imagery and other digital assets Assist with website build projects and change requests, including building out pages and entering content Assist with other creative projects as needed Requirements Two or more years of relevant experience designing for the web in an agency setting Excellent conceptual problem solving skills, creativity and attention to detail Ability to collaborate and communicate with internal team members and clients Expert layout, typography, and illustration skills A high level of competency and speed working in Figma/Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite An understanding of responsive web and mobile design principles and a basic understanding of web development concepts The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and handle a busy agency environment Nice to have: Experience designing atomic layout systems based on frameworks such as Bootstrap Experience working with content management systems, particularly WordPress Illustration, video, video editing, and photography skills Benefits Salary: $80-100k Comprehensive benefits package, including 100% employer-paid medical/dental/vision, 401k and generous holiday/PTO allowance
