Key Responsibilities
As an Enrolled Nurse (Aged Care), your core duties include:

Delivering safe, high-quality nursing care to elderly residents, aligned with their individual care plans.

Administering medications accurately within your scope of practice, ensuring compliance with Australian aged care regulations.

Monitoring and reviewing resident care plans, ensuring that health outcomes are continuously improved.

Maintaining clear, precise, and up-to-date clinical documentation.

Providing emotional support and physical care to residents, fostering a positive, respectful environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience working in aged care nursing or related healthcare fields.

Diploma of Enrolled Nursing (or equivalent qualification).

Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Demonstrated understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards in Australia.

A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care to older adults.

Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
